UPDATE: 80 Units Jackson, MS Common Areas: We've made some big strides in getting POWER to 2 separate buildings that effects 16 units (now we can get those units turned over) We've also scheduled repairs to the security gate and entrance (removing trees, cutting down an oversized speed bump, opening the gate and repairing where a vehicle struck it) Unit Turn-Overs: Unbelievable success these last 30 days, our teams have officially turned (17) units!! I know I was complaining about speed 2 weeks ago, but they have found their rhythm now! Lease Up: FINALLY we had our first strong week of leasing last week with (8) leases filled and as of yesterday, the leasing team had already signed and collected on (3) new leases! Collections: Last months collections efforts did create some (8) vacancues from "tenants" who were more like squatters and were not paying at all. This month in the first (5) days we have collected $14,530.20 of the gross expected rent this month of $23,803. (We are ahead of last month right now and these numbers do not include the new leases signed in the last 10 days) Over-all this is the best week we have had to end a powerful first month in the property. The team has a mantra we keep saying: "100% Occupancy, 100% Collections, Touch Every Unit, Every Day" PS. This image of the current entrance will look different in the next few weeks and I can't wait to reveal the transformation
