Tougher standards for ITS security call for new solutions in the U.S. ??? ? Cyber threats to Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure are on the rise, and many cabinets remain vulnerable to unauthorized access due to easily duplicated keys. Recognizing these risks, the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) introduced the TS 40008 standards to address current and future challenges with proper security—standards specific to the U.S. market. ? ??
