Thursday Throwback: This project involved converting a 4,400-square-foot old bank branch into a Jimmy Hula’s fast-casual dining restaurant. The old bank drive-thru was converted into a large, covered outside patio space overlooking the San Sebastian River, the downtown marina, and Flagler College, creating a serene view for patrons. “In honor of the Copa America games that just finished, we wanted to post a Thursday Throwback with the Ronaldo Soccer Academy. Ronaldo was a famous Brazilian Soccer player and even though Brazil did not win the games, we wanted to share this exciting project. The project included several soccer fields. One of the fields was covered, some of the fields had synthetic turf and others had natural turf, the project also included a large clubhouse with offices, dining area and large outdoor seating area. Tuesday Throwback: HomeGoods Tuskawilla, Winter Springs Interior build-out of a 20,662 SF site included underground plumbing, construction of men’s and women’s restrooms, processing room, lounge, offices, and sales floor area. The scope also included new HVAC ductwork, a new FM Global fire sprinkler system, and a glass vestibule area with a sliding door. Improvements included complete ceramic, VCT, LVT, and carpet tile flooring package, new electrical service, and lighting package.
