Albina Vision Trust’s first housing community, Albina One, is getting ready to open and as we are preparing to welcome our first residents, our Resident Services partner POIC and Property Management partner, Quantum Residential are each looking for key staff positions to join their teams! Our partner, POIC is hiring for a Residents Services Coordinator, which will be instrumental in building a strong sense of community at Albina One and connecting residents to resources and services. Quantum Residential is looking for a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to lease up and manage this mission-driven building. These jobs are more than just resident services and property management. Albina One is about community and culture and is part of a broader movement to restore place, pride and opportunity in a historically significant neighborhood.
