We’re honored to continue our partnership with Bridges to Prosperity to build critical structures that improve lives. In February 2025, our team from Alberici and Flintco will travel to Rwanda to work alongside local community members to construct a trail bridge that will provide a year-round safe passage for a rural community. This vital bridge will connect an isolated village to essential resources, ensure safe access to schools and healthcare, and unlock new economic opportunities for hundreds of individuals. Alberici's steel division, Hillsdale Fabricators, recently celebrated Fall Family Day! Employees enjoyed a fun-filled day with face painting, games, and pumpkin decorating. Families were also given a behind-the-scenes look with shop tours. Thanks to all those who attended.

Alberici had 24 teammates attend the Lean Construction Institute (US)'s Lean Congress in San Diego last week. The LCI Congress is focused on advancing lean practices in the construction industry to share insights, case studies, and best practices. A special shoutout to Jose Garcia, who presented on “Influencing Up For Lean Transformation Within Your Company” and “Lean: It Starts from Within,” and to Linsey Schoene who led an engaging session on “5S In Lean Construction."

Alberici's women’s employee resource group, GROW, recently hosted a happy hour and team building event at our St. Louis headquarters. GROW seeks to support and empower women so that they can rise, inspire, and thrive together.

Hillsdale Fabricators proudly hosted the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) for a tour of our fabrication shop, where we were honored to receive the IDEAS2 Award for the CITYPARK Stadium project. This award, shared with Alberici and HOK celebrates the exceptional use of structural steel in creating CITYPARK’s stunning frame, which enhances the fan experience with its open, transparent design.
