Today's member spotlight is the resilient ILEDEJA YANCY, MBA! Iledeja Yancy is an accomplished Outsourced Chief Financial Officer for Nonprofits at Capital CFO+ LLC, a full-service business management outsourcing firm specializing in accounting, marketing, and human resources. Capital CFO+ is renowned for its team-oriented and relationship-driven approach, providing clients with a unique experience centered on collaboration, personalized service, and long-term success. Iledeja’s educational journey began with a full scholarship to Syracuse University. Despite facing challenges such as depression, imposter syndrome, and financial difficulties, she persevered and later earned both her Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Master’s of Business Administration from American InterContinental University through online studies. In addition to her professional achievements, Iledeja is deeply committed to volunteer work. She serves as a Junior Board Member Co-Chair at the Center for Family Representation (CFR) in New York City. Iledeja also sits on the Board of Directors at Schenectady Scholars Charter School, which is set to open in Fall 2026. Iledeja is a passionate advocate for mental health, drawing from her personal experiences with depression and postpartum depression. She is dedicated to achieving God’s purpose for her life. Iledeja believes in the power of community support and strives to create a positive impact by being a reliable resource and advocate for those in need. Additionally, she is a strong proponent of financial health, both personal and business-related. Iledeja aspires to educate others on financial management to alleviate stress and improve overall well-being, addressing the significant wealth gap in the country. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Iledeja enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, who she describes as her best friend and heart. They share a close bond, enjoying activities such as vacationing, visiting bookstores, attending concerts, pottery, hair salon visits, and dining out. Iledeja Yancy’s dedication, resilience, and passion for her field make her a standout professional in Albany’s vibrant community. Today's member spotlight is the wholehearted Christina Audi, MHA, LNHA! Christina is the Executive Director of NYSHFA | NYSCAL (New York State Center for Assisted Living), a dedicated organization supporting and advocating for assisted living communities across New York State. With a solid educational background, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Studies from Monmouth University and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, and is licensed as a New York State Nursing Home Administrator. Christina’s career is built on a deep commitment to senior care, with experience as both a nursing home administrator and an executive director for assisted living facilities. She began her career in Manhattan after college, gaining valuable experience before pursuing her master’s degree. Her dedication to community service is also evident in her most recent role on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region, as well as volunteer work at the Gateway House of Peace hospice home. Outside of work, Christina enjoys discovering unique dining spots, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
