Alamo Equity (AE) is a five-year-old, fast growing private equity firm with a focus on multi-family real estate assets primarily in Texas and the southwest. Our mission is to develop a geographically diverse portfolio of Class A multifamily garden style and Wrap assets designed to provide strong returns on invested capital. Under Alamo Group, we have a dedicated inhouse development company called Alamo Multifamily Group (AMG) which will be the primary customer for sourced equity capital. Our goal for AMG is to develop 10,000 units by 2030 with six projects in our current development pipeline.
