We have an excellent paid summer internship opportunity for a college student who is interested in Human Resources during the Summer 2024.
The Human Resources Intern is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources in all Human Resources functions across the ministry of Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes & Family Ministries (ABCH), towards the accomplishment of its vision, mission, and goals. Some job responsibilities include:
-Organizing, filing, and tracking Social Worker documentation.
-Auditing I-9 forms, Physicals, TB tests, Background checks & Driver’s Licenses.
-Reviewing/updating personnel files, job descriptions, and other policies as needed.
-Reviewing and tracking resumes.
Applicants must be pursuing a college degree and have a valid driver’s license. Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes participates in E-Verify.
