The U.S. Green Building Council has officially recognized REI's newest distribution center in Lebanon, TN with the LEED v4 Platinum Certification. This achievement marks the first certified facility of its kind in Tennessee and the largest LEED Platinum industrial building in the Southeast. REI Distribution Center 4 joins an elite group of only 10 warehouse facilities in the country to achieve this rating. This is very cool. We're so proud to have helped REI achieve this goal! Another day, another deal (or two) to announce?!? That’s right, N. Cincinnati continues to show signs of life as Al. Neyer last week signed a lease to fully stabilize their 199k SF Port Union Industrial building with a second tenant, to be named later! A few weeks before they fully stabilized their 312k SF Fairfield Logistics II facility after a leading global logistics company expanded. It was a great morning to break ground on the next best thing for the music industry - Rock Nashville. ?? This new campus, anticipated to open in 2025, will allow local musicians to stay close to home with its state-of-the-art studios and large-scale tour rehearsal space.
