Five days and two cities later, I’m headed home from my week at the NBOA: Business Leadership for Independent Schools and National Association of Independent Schools conferences. I was so glad to meet with partners and walk away with new ideas for our independent school clients. The programming was excellent at both conferences though I have to say NAIS being in Nashville spoke to my Swiftie spirit a bit more. And of course good times were had in both NYC and Nashville with my AKCG - Public Relations Counselors colleagues Kenneth Hilario, Yamira Montenegro and Chris Lukach, APR. It was a productive and fun week!

The #AKCGTeam had an informative and fun time at the National Association of Independent Schools Thrive 2025 conference!
I just landed back in Philly from a few days at the National Association of Independent Schools Thrive 2025 conference in Nashville! I loved getting the chance to go back to Nashville and learn about the independent school world, hear from some of the innovators in the space, and tell people what we do at AKCG - Public Relations Counselors! I learned a lot, met many great people, ate great food, had delicious drinks, AND saw a dress worn by Taylor Swift in the Eras Tour. AND I got to see Hidden Brain’s Shankar Vedantam! Fun times with Chris Lukach, APR and Angelica Flynn, APR! Grateful for the opportunity. Michael Gross, APR, Fellow PRSA
