Jason?has continued to do?an incredible job at Kenect Nashville as well as assisting at other assets across the country. He has created, executed, and implemented several processes and procedures to ensure his 500-unit building + amenities, and 20,000 sq. ft. of coworking office space is operating efficiently at his current property, in Nashville, Tennessee. ? Through his leadership, Kenect has maintained an average 55-60% renewal ratio, 93-95% maintenance satisfaction scores and 4.5-star rating through Ellis's maintenance surveys. In addition,?Jason?was a vital leader as Kenect Nashville transitioned all Make-ready and Cleaning in house.?His efforts?also successfully resulted in executing an overwhelming positive move-in experience with two master contracts totaling of over 100 units which helped to generate over 4 million dollars in revenue with a major employer. ?
