The 3rd largest food bank in the US grew 30% overnight due to Covid-19. With tremendous amounts of unemployment due to the pandemic, food banks were put to the test. Second Harvest Heartland was running out of space to feed the hungry and AK took on the challenge to relocate their warehouse while still keeping all its operations running. A couple of examples, like Wild Fork Foods and Bedoukian Research, Inc., showcase how certain upgrades improve efficiency and service.
