Andrew Heath, who has only been with AJK for a few months, is already setting a great example when it comes to safety at the Falling Leaves project. He was spotted wearing full PPE, including ear protection for the loud chop saws in the area, and even went the extra mile by adding goggles over his prescription glasses to ensure full compliance. What’s impressive is that Andrew did all of this without needing any reminders—safety is simply second nature to him. Welcome to the team, Andrew!
