Hello Quest community! Ricky is back with an update on the last two months of OKR progress from AI Safety Quest: ?? Navigation Calls Program: Strong performance continues with an NPS of 67 for Feb. Working on both system improvements and navigator onboarding to scale this successful service. ???? Volunteer Engagement: Our focus on creating clearer onboarding pathways is showing promising early results, but we're reconsidering what appropriate volunteer success looks like. ?? Community Growth: Discord community has grown by 11 members in February. We're looking to provide community with coworking sessions and interactive events rather than volunteering updates. ?? Program Development: Evaluating our MAGIS mentorship program with a critical eye - analyzing what worked in our initial run and determining whether it meets community needs before committing to a second iteration.
