As the Navigation Call Program Manager, you'll be responsible for:
?? ?????????????????? ?????? ???????????????? ????????????????????: Refine our application, scheduling, and call processes to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every participant.
???? ???????????????????? ?????? ?????????????????? ????????: Recruit, onboard, and uplevel a talented pool of volunteer Navigators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
?? ?????????????? ???????????????????? ????????????????????????: Implement robust data collection and analysis to measure impact, identify growth opportunities, and share key insights with the broader community.
?? ?????????????????????????? ????????????????????: Work closely with the AI Safety Quest executive team to align the Navigation Call program with our broader organizational goals.
