    We are getting ready to head to Orlando next week for the NATA- National Air Transportation Association last training seminar for 2024! One of our topics is culture. We hear the word so often these days to describe what is more of less your company's personality. More often than not it's a buzzword that gets lip service more than it is an actual goal that leaders work towards. I can say this with 100% conviction because in my day job we talk to more than a thousand FBO employees a year, dozens and dozens per day. We visit new FBOs each and every week, we see and hear a LOT. I promise you, we as an industry have a lot of work to do! But here’s the good news: when you get culture right, it has the single biggest ROI of anything you can undertake as a leader. A strong, positive culture transforms your workplace into somewhere people love to work—and that has ripple effects far beyond the back office. When employees are happy, supported, and engaged, it shows. It shows in how they greet passengers, how they interact with pilots, and even how they care for the planes on the ramp.
