    Starting today, we're adding a variety of hooks to airpost ads. It's been fun to go through the 2000+ of them in our library and choose which 30 or so should get mixed in. Well add more over time. They're only used at the start of the ad to capture attention. Including them should contribute to the "no cringe" mission we're on to make the ads indistinguishable from ones produced by hand.     Testing hundreds of ads on Facebook or TikTok used to be silly. How can you test so many if you don't have the budget? You need to force at least a few hundred dollars spend per ad to make sure it works or doesn't. Right? That's what the conventional wisdom has been, and in some ways continues to be. But it's changing. As the platform algorithms have gotten smarter and can "see" the creative - even video creative, using AI, computer vision and other tools, they can actually have a sense for whether a creative is going to work BEFORE it runs. It's why Facebook only gave that one ad $1.12 in spend before you forced it higher. It knew! It didn't know how it knew, but it knew. And if it has that AI intelligence, then quantity and variety of creative become paramount. Whoever gives it the most to work with, wins. This thesis has been fun to watch come true (slowly, for now) as it's what airpost is based on. We exist to solve this exact problem. So far, not a single beta user who has logged in to see their ads has NOT converted to a paid subscription. It's wild, and wildly exciting for us. It will be fun to see where things go from here!

    We imagine UGC video ads are made in a kitchen. There are certain ingredients: Actor(s) Product shots Voiceover Supers Music Offers Etc. Our AI has access to millions of these ingredients, including a proprietary library of 350,000+ b-roll shots UGC-style. We also do a video shoot of the customer's product for free. A real one in our real LA studio. Over 30 shots. This costs thousands elsewhere. We feed all of these ingredients to the AI backend. The result is hundreds (soon thousands) of automatically-produced video ads, for the price of one ($149/mo) The kitchen philosophy is how we've built airpost - so far brands are loving the ads. And it's still early! ??
