We are proud of our long-time connection with UTK through Ray Mundy's 50 years of service to AGTA, and we are thrilled to be continuing that connection through Jeffrey Trombly, Ph.D., PMP (Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee) and Misty Richards (Center for Transportation Research UT Knoxville).
After former Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee professor Ray Mundy stepped down as executive director of the Airport Ground Transportation Association last year, Jeffrey Trombly, Ph.D., PMP was chosen as his successor. UT's #supplychain faculty prides itself in the institution's long history of transportation and logistics research and education. Besides Trombly leading the organization of the AGTA's recent conference in Salt Lake City, Alex Scott serves as the association's assistant director and current Master of Science in Supply Chain Management Online student Kenneth Sagona received a scholarship to present to members about the role of airport ground transportation in flight diversions.
