We are hiring a Content Marketer to join us at AirGarage! You'll own our content strategy from research to execution and help grow our reputation as a leader in real estate and parking. We are taking a unique approach to marketing and are looking for someone with an experimental mindset. Yes, you'll write case studies, blog posts, and newsletters. But this is not a content mill role - you will talk directly with our most valuable customers to capture their stories, experimenting with creative ways to share them with our audience. I am hiring for an incredibly important role on the AirGarage operations team! We are bringing on our second Partner Success team member to work alongside Elena Batzova. Partner (Customer) Success at AirGarage is a little bit different than most companies. Yes you will build relationships with our owner partners, you will occasionally have opportunities to push for account expansion, you'll get to work directly with our Product team to influence our roadmap and with our Sales to help us grow - but where this role differs from Customer Success at a typical SaaS company is that you will need to be deep in the weeds of our day to day operations as well. In effect, Partner Success is the quarterback of their region - you will be directing everything that happens operationally from the moment we sign on a new customer through the entirety of their relationship with AirGarage. Field Operations, Onboarding, Revenue, Reporting, Relationship Management, etc - all of it will run through you. Buccini Pollin Group, Inc. is a privately held, integrated real estate acquisition, development, and management company based in Delaware with over $6.0 Billion in assets across the United States.
