At Edwards Air Force Base on March 23, 2025, Air Force Test Center leadership paid tribute to one of the most harrowing events in military history—the Bataan Death March. Maj. Gen. Scott Cain, AFTC commander, Maj. Benjamin Deschaine, AFTC executive officer, and Capt. John Dennehey, 418th Flight Test Squadron flight test engineer, took part in a Bataan Memorial Death March, walking in memory of the thousands of American and Filipino POWs who suffered and died in 1942.
