What You Bring: 6+ years in marketing roles, experienced in real estate, luxury marketing, or high-net-worth clientele industries. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Bilingual (English & Spanish) with exceptional communication skills. Strong expertise in CRM platforms, lead nurturing, and marketing automation. Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, and lead generation. Understanding of real estate branding, PR, and social media engagement strategies. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI marketing tools.
