Join us in congratulating Patty McGill, Sr. Project Manager, on her retirement!?For more than 20 years, Patty has been instrumental in the coordination and support of many company functions and been a role model for her peers in the MEP department. She is famously known for helping to prepare the turkeys at our Thanksgiving meal alongside Art Williams, our previous CEO, who had officially named her the "ASI Sous Chef." For years, Patty has also been the MC at our annual company parties, announcing MVPs and Anniversary Awards recipients. Her dog Shiloh was a consistent companion who often visited our offices and was known as our "mascot". Thank you for your many years of dedication Patty! #EMCOR #Team #Retirement #Gratitude

We are working on a project for the new Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Facility/Behavioral Health Services Center at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA. We were awarded the HVAC contract (dry side duct and wet side piping) and managed the controls sub-contractor for the installation of the building management system. ? The project included:? -Three supply air handling units (AHUs) -Three exhaust AHUs? -Sixteen roof exhaust fans -Twelve air-source heat pumps Twenty-eight fan coil units -Over seven-hundred supply/exhaust air valves along with ten pumps for the chilled and hot water systems All trades were also fully coordinated through BIM, and our in-house detailing team completed the BIM coordination for our scope of work. Art Williams, who recently announced his retirement, is seen here "passing the baton" onto Will Stringer, our President. This tradition began several decades ago when Art was initially promoted to President and uses a baton manufactured in our fabrication shop. Art has led our company for 40 years, including most recently as Chief Executive Officer. Once again, our entire team is incredibly grateful to Art for all he has done for Air Systems over the years, and we are also excited for what the future holds in this new period for the company! #EMCOR #Leadership #Gratitude #Retirement #Future?
