    We’re living our values every day, and when our global development team met at our Plano headquarters earlier this month, they took time to demonstrate what it means to Think We. Not Me. To show our strength, this team spent time at the local Salvation Army to prepare hundreds of meal bags for local families ahead of the holiday season. Spending time bonding while giving back demonstrates that our care and our impact extends far beyond hotels to our neighbors and the communities we serve.

    We showed up big at the Big Apple Star Awards! Last month, Aimbridge team members representing nearly a dozen hotels in New York City attended this award event, hosted by the Hotel Association Of New York City. The event recognizes outstanding contributions in hospitality, from guest-facing roles to vital behind-the-scenes positions, and the 20 nominees representing Aimbridge have gone above and beyond in delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining operational excellence and fostering a welcoming environment at our properties.
