    This past weekend, Future’s leading fashion and beauty media brand Who What Wear hosted its first-ever Most Wanted: Holiday Fun House in Los Angeles, inviting attendees to get playful this holiday gifting season with a nostalgic, arcade-style experience in partnership with Burt's Bees, Sally Beauty, Free People, FP Movement, JLab and Vogue Eyewear. Spearheaded by Future's in-house branded content studio, Future Creative, the festive pop-up offered Who What Wear fans in the LA area the opportunity to connect with the e-commerce powerhouse’s popular "Most Wanted" editorial franchise IRL. Guests partook in a range of playful activities, such as carnival-esque games, a photo booth and on-theme concessions, all while having the opportunity to snag some of the most-wanted gifts and wishlist items from the brand partners involved.     6 days of Austin City Limits Music Festival (ACL) with T-Mobile ????? Our team of brand ambassadors kept Club Magenta going both weekends at registration, charging stations, merch giveaways, side stage, artist Q & As and a massive version of the classic claw-machine game. ?? Customers and their guests enjoyed their own lounge space offering, in addition to the above: ?? fans and misters ?? water refilling stations ?? private bar ?? live mainstage video feeds ?? air-conditioned restrooms Across both weekends, we hosted over 10,000 people!     We won’t stop fighting until we see full-scale, equitable legaliz@tion in Wisconsin. This means restorative justice for those impacted by the W4r on Dr^g$. This year, we’ve partnered with 40 Tons Brand to bring attention to the lives affected by current ?? laws. We are so excited to reveal this limited-edition design. You can find it at our HQ tent located at the entrance to the fest. 40 Tons was founded by legacy operators who’ve been a part of building the industry long before you could find a dispensary on Google Maps. With a mission to break the chains of injustices stemming from prohibition, every 40 Tons purchase helps ?? prisoners fight their unjust sentences, engage in restorative justice, and return to the full lives they once enjoyed with their families and loved ones. Proceeds from these limited-edition shirts will go toward preserving the mission of the Great Midwest ?? Fest and the work of 40 Tons.

    As we wrap up another event bringing the Chico community together, I can't help but reflect on how grateful I am for the opportunities that alternative medicines have provided for me.. This is a full-circle story! In August 2015, I walked into my new house at Florida State University, where we played baseball, not realizing I’d meet my best friend, brother, and future business partner, Matthew Bryce Henderson. Our time at FSU was a dream, playing baseball together and spending summers with the Santa Barbara Foresters, where we met Anna Fae Henderson, sparking the beginning of our WaxNax journey ?? After FSU, I found myself in corporate America, managing for Frito Lay, but deep down, my true passion was making an impact in others lives.. Sensing my unhappiness, Matt invited me to move to Chico, California, and help build momentum for WaxNax, our single-serve dab packaging. Three years ago, I took that leap, moving to Chico to learn from Anna and Matt. At the time, Chico was one of the only counties in California without any cannabis retail fronts. The community wasn’t ready to embrace the plant, and cannabis was far from being accepted. Fast forward to this week, where we just hosted a successful consumption event in Chico! Uniting operators, retailers, brands, and advocates, taking monumental steps toward building a vibrant cannabis community here in Butte County! I’m forever grateful to Anna and Matt for giving me the opportunity to chase my passion, and Tim Blake for showing me community first. Together, we’ll continue elevating others!
