Too often, fear of the unknown holds leaders back from achieving their true potential. Today, I'm off site at Aileron, dedicating a day to CR architecture + design's business vision and strategy, as I have monthly for the past 15 years. Interestingly, I find myself in Aileron's "Dream Room" today. My advice to fellow dreamers and visionaries: take the time regularly to step away from the day-to-day operations.
