Our project at 737 4th Ave, a 187-unit mixed-income #housing and retail development in Sunset Park, Brooklyn topped out yesterday. Of the 187 residential units, 46 units will be permanently affordable at one of the lowest AMI averages achieved in the last five years in a Mixed-Income building in Brooklyn.?We started this project over 6 years ago (!!!) and so this was an important milestone for our team but most importantly a huge boost for affordability in the neighborhood.
