AI and Marketing - This is an interesting take on how creativity is still required in marketing roles, albeit AI tools are prevalent. The bigger question is - How are employers helping employees prepare for the changes? My guess is they are not, and AI is likely thrust upon employees to embrace with very low AI awareness levels globally, especially with women and people of color. Who is responsible for the AI literacy of employees while integrating AI into their jobs? Will companies slow down a minute to help employees understand the opportunities and risks of AI? "While 91% of surveyed marketing professionals said they are happy in their jobs, 72% reported that they “feel overwhelmed by how quickly their job is changing,” the study found."
