The 17-story Wytestone Plaza office tower was sold for $26.1 million and will be converted into 302 apartments, dubbed Altitude on Main, with unique rooftop amenities and retail space. This project, led by Steven Walker and Nick Patel, is one of three major developments in the area, alongside a planned residential and hotel conversion of a former Dominion Energy building and a proposed 30-story mixed-use tower.
