?? The Backbone of AI Data Centers: Innovation, Precision & Partnership ?? In the race to power AI-driven data centers, the semiconductor supply chain plays a mission-critical role. From wafer fabrication to subsystem manufacturing, every step demands unparalleled precision and innovation to meet the industry's ever-growing performance and efficiency requirements. As Corey Hoffman, AIIP General Partner Advisory Board member, aptly puts it: “The pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining quality is immense, and it’s clear that having reliable, creative partners who can provide both products and custom solutions is essential to success. In fast-paced, complex projects like these, any improvement in efficiency—whether through innovation in fabrication, materials, or workflow—can be the difference between on-time delivery and costly delays.” At AI Infrastructure Partners, we believe true collaboration between OEMs, subsystem manufacturers, and installation teams is the key to unlocking efficiency and staying ahead of the curve. ?? Advanced metal fabrication & precision engineering are streamlining the semiconductor supply chain. ?? AI-focused chip manufacturing innovations are pushing the limits of energy efficiency & performance. ?? Strategic partnerships in engineering & fabrication reduce lead times and enhance competitiveness in AI-driven markets. With demand for AI chips soaring, only those who embrace cutting-edge innovation & supply chain resilience will lead the future of AI infrastructure. ?? Craig Singleton, thank you for your thought and action leadership to advance #nationalsecurity priorities. I look forward to your testimony. EVelution Energy AI Infrastructure Partners
Foundation for Defense of Democracies | Senior China Fellow | National Security Expert and Former Diplomat
???? Tomorrow, I'll testify before the House Foreign Affairs Committee at a hearing entitied, “Missed Milestones: Evaluating the Last Four Years in the EAP Region and Unseized Opportunities Under President Trump.” On behalf of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD), I'm honored to join experts like American Enterprise Institute's Zack Cooper and Center for a New American Security (CNAS) Richard Fontaine to discuss how our approach to China must evolve. ?? Over the past four years, U.S. policy towards China has amounted to diplomacy without deterrence, emboldening Beijing to test our resolve at every turn. ?? My testimony will outline why robust measures—such as targeted export controls, comprehensive outbound investment screening and bans, fast-tracked arms deliveries to Taiwan, and realigned foreign assistance focused on strategic infrastructure and digital governance—are essential. These steps are designed to compel China to bear the real costs of its aggressive actions and to protect our interests in the Indo-Pacific. ?? My message is clear: with fundamentally incompatible systems and ideologies at play, we cannot afford a stalemate. Instead, Washington must shift from reactive de-escalation to purposeful competition on America’s terms—ensuring that each provocative action by Beijing is met with a calculated, escalating cost. I invite you to follow the hearing and join the conversation on how we can reassert our leadership in a rapidly evolving region. Private-equity executives entered 2025 with high hopes for a dealmaking recovery that is lifting payouts to fund investors and powering fundraising. The industry’s latest earnings reports showed a rebound in annual distributable earnings and other metrics that track cash that can be returned to shareholders,?after reporting double-digit declines?for 2023. “Through January, the private pipelines that we see have been quite strong,”?Ares Management?Chief Executive?Michael Arougheti?said at a recent?Bank of America?conference. He cited publicly traded business development company?Ares Capital’s?strong increase in investment commitments during the month to around $1.2 billion against a roughly $1.8 billion investment backlog as of Jan. 28. “So, there are indicators that the animal spirits are, in fact, moving and that people want to transact,” Arougheti said. “But there [are] headwinds and those headwinds may slow some of that enthusiasm,” he said, referring to uncertainty, including inflation trends and the Trump administration’s tariff policies. Comments by Arougheti and other private-equity executives echoed ones by investment bankers and others whose fourth-quarter earnings reports noted deals are getting done and the market for mergers and acquisitions is coming unstuck. While acknowledging the M&A market’s sluggishness,?Blackstone?Chief Financial Officer?Michael Chae?said during the BofA conference his firm’s view backs the bullish tone among dealmakers. “We see this pipeline really filling and taking off, perhaps more second quarter than first quarter in terms of announced, signed deals,” Chae said. He also noted Blackstone invested $134 billion last year, up 81% from 2023.

We like the lower-middle-market.
Private Capital Markets | Finance | Investment, Advisory & Capital Raise Fundless and Funded Sponsors | Small & Middle Market Buyouts, Growth | Transformational Leader | Results Driven | Board Member
Set yourself up for the biggest return potential, which apears to be with the smaller deals, the prime target rich sweet spot for fundless independent sponsors where cheaper acquisition targets and potentially higher yields await! EV/EBITDA multiples on smaller LBOs — particularly those less than $100 million — are strikingly lower than on billion-dollar-plus deals, offering far greater upside via multiple expansion. Likewise, mid-market buyout funds have shown significant potential for higher returns than mega-funds. Both prime hunting grounds for larger PE firms to purchase their next portfolio company from the smaller transitional independent fundless sponsor owner looking to make hay when the revitalized 2025 LBO market arrives! #privatemarket #privatecapital #privateequity #privatedebt #privatecredit #buyout #small #sme #middlemarket #bank #privatelender #independentsponsor #fundlesssponsor #sbic #sba #sponsor #institutionalinvestor #familyoffice #founderowned #familyowned #hnw #uhnw #placementagent #fundraise #fundraising #liquidity #secondary #continuationvehicle #cv
