I am thrilled to have worked alongside Jimmy Haun at the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, where we have both witnessed the power of unity in amplifying the voices of Union carpenters. Now, Jimmy is bringing his strength and expertise to Ahora Construction, LLC, and I am filled with anticipation as we embark on this new journey together. As we move forward, let us remember the values that have guided us in the past: courage, leadership, and, most importantly, respect for each other's strengths and abilities. With Jimmy's addition to our leadership team, I am confident that Ahora Construction will continue to thrive and make a positive impact.     We at Ahora Construction, LLC are extremely proud to recognize the commitment our team has towards safety, and we would like to express our sincerest appreciation to Robert Jernigan, a valued member of the UW Surgery Pavilion Project. As BNB Builders, faces the unique challenge of maintaining ICRA barriers while conducting construction activities in an active building. During the process of wall framing, Robert Jernigan noticed that the tape on the Operating Room door had become loose at the bottom. Without hesitation, he immediately reported this minor issue to BNB's leadership, who promptly took action by replacing the tape to ensure the integrity of our infection control prevention measures. Robert Jernigan’s exceptional attention to detail and unwavering awareness of his surroundings, regardless of the task at hand, truly sets him apart as an outstanding team member. We extend our gratitude to Robert Jernigan for prioritizing safety as a core value, safeguarding the well-being of our leaders, staff, and most importantly, the public and hospital community. His understanding of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and safety is truly commendable.

    Principal Walker, I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your exceptional leadership at Rainier Valley Leadership Academy. Your dedication to the development and growth of young individuals is truly commendable. I had the privilege of spending two amazing days in your classroom, where I witnessed the enthusiasm and eagerness to learn from the students. It was a rejuvenating experience that reignited my passion and energized me to continue my mission of ensuring that apprenticeships are accessible to all individuals. I firmly believe that everyone, regardless of their background, should have the opportunity to obtain an apprenticeship, earn a good income, and support their families. As a proud union Carpenter and owner of a union business, I have personally experienced the immense rewards that come with such a career. It is my sincerest hope that more individuals in the private and public sector recognize the importance of supporting apprenticeships, just as you have demonstrated at Rainier Valley Leadership Academy. Once again, thank you for your outstanding leadership and the invaluable work you do for the students. Your efforts are making a significant impact on their lives and the future of our community.
