Employee Spotlight: Ms. Pattie Corley This week, we’re excited to shine a light on the heart and soul of AGX Siteworx: Ms. Pattie Corley, our incredible Office Administrator. Affectionately known as “Ms. Pattie” by the entire team, she’s the force that keeps everything running smoothly—and let’s be honest, she’s the one who keeps all of us guys in line! Her dedication and patience are unmatched, and we’re beyond grateful for everything she does. Ms. Pattie’s life outside of work is just as vibrant. She’s blessed with two wonderful children, five amazing grandchildren, and five beloved grand-furs. Living with her daughter and family, Ms. Pattie cherishes the daily joy of being close to her granddaughters. “They are truly a blessing!” she shares. With a career rooted in Customer Service and Accounting, Ms. Pattie loves solving problems, making sure everything balances, and meeting new people. When she’s not at work, she’s passionate about spending time with her loved ones and making memories. One of her most exciting plans is an upcoming visit to see her high school best friend of over 52 years! If she could do anything in the world, Ms. Pattie would take care of her family first, then set off to travel and explore the world. She loves a good road trip and is always up for an adventure. When it comes to downtime, you’ll find Ms. Pattie at the beach, lost in a great book, or trying her hand at a new craft—she’s currently learning macramé! Employee Spotlight: Joe White ? We at AGX Siteworx are proud to highlight the incredible young talent on our team. Meet Joe White, a member of Doug Rude’s pipe crew on our Gulf Shores High School project. Joe has been in the site work business for over three years, and in that time, he’s proven to be a quick learner who can run every piece of equipment like a seasoned pro. He’s also taken to new technology like he invented it. ? Joe’s passion for growth is evident in everything he does. Recently, when asked about how to keep younger generations motivated in the construction industry, he shared some great insights: ? “The thing that keeps me coming is learning new things and developing new skills. Knowing there are roles in construction that require using your mind, not just physical labor, is a motivator because the job won’t always be physically demanding. Seeing a completed project that you contributed to is also rewarding because you know your work has left a lasting mark.” ? Doug Rude, Joe’s pipe foreman, had high praise: “Joe is amazing. You don’t have to tell him what needs to be done. He just does it. He’s pleasant to work with and can do anything he sets his mind to. I love seeing young people with this kind of dedication and work ethic.” ? Craig Thigpen, the site superintendent at our Gulf Shores High School project, added: “Joe is very skilled and motivated. He is definitely on a fast track to becoming a Pipe Foreman.” ? Outside of work, Joe is all about action and adventure. He’s been racing motocross since he was a kid and is an avid surfer. Whenever the weather gets rough, you can bet he’s ready to hit the waves after a hard day’s work. ? And if that wasn’t enough, Joe balances his demanding work schedule (60+ hours a week!) with a full college course load, earning A’s and B’s. ? We’re thrilled and blessed to have dedicated, hardworking young people like Joe as part of the AGX Siteworx family. AGX Siteworx is PAVING the way for the future of sports and recreation in Saraland, Alabama! ? We’ve started paving on The Land, the City of Saraland’s new premier Sports and Recreation Complex. This impressive facility will offer top-tier sports amenities for the community, including versatile indoor sports and recreation spaces, event venues, and expansive outdoor multi-use fields and courts. ? We’re proud to be part of this exciting project and contribute to creating a hub for sports, recreation, and events that will benefit Saraland for years to come.
