The application for the 2025 Iowa Biotech Showcase Pitch Competition is NOW OPEN! Each year we select six (6) startup companies to pitch their biotech related product or service for a chance to win the grand prize of $10,000. This year, we've upped the ante! The Ag Startup Engine will offer a $25,000 dollar investment to one company who pitches during the Iowa Biotech Showcase and Conference (IBSC) Showcase Competition on March 5, 2025. This new investment opportunity will be offered by the Ag Startup Engine in addition to the $10,000 prize awarded to the Showcase winner as selected by the Showcase judges, during the IBSC annual conference held at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny.
