Its handwheel and gear box disengagement enable a manual operation to bring the valve into the required position in case of power failure. Its robust design ensures a trouble-free operation. Our quality monitoring of parts produced in-house and parts from external suppliers ensures a product of highest quality. The actuator can be equipped with a potentiometer or a hall-effect absolute encoder. With this equipment the spindle reaches its required position precisely. Agromatic – high quality and precision production of cams????? Limit switches and auxiliary position switches are operated by cams. Cam contours are available with a variety of switching angles to meet different application requirements. The cams are designed to ensure the actuator is able to travel in the lobe area, in which the auxiliary position switch is actuated. We produce brass cams from bar stock on our own CNC lathe. It’s a highly precise process in which the machine also drills holes and cuts threads. The grub screws ensure the cam is very reliably secured to the shaft. Our cams are not only produced in brass but also in aluminium.
