CORE Synergy brings real-world training, leadership development, and hands-on experiences to young ag professionals, preparing them to tackle agriculture’s biggest challenges—from sustainability to food security. ?? Last month, AFA staff, Student Leaders McKayla and Kelsey, along with AFA alum Luke, partnered with Cargill for the latest AFA Roadshow. During the event, the panel discussed key topics on what young professionals value most in their careers—including growth opportunities, meaningful work, and effective DEI practices. ????
