There are a lot of moving parts in a marketing project, and our Account Supervisor Jeff is balancing multiple accounts and campaigns. He knows that in project management, clear communication can make or break a project. That’s where the RACI matrix comes in—helping teams define who’s Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed at every stage. ?? So, who actually needs to be informed? Jeff says it’s all about keeping the right people in the loop—without overwhelming everyone with unnecessary updates.

The analysis aspect of building a business is critical. Just think about how much has changed in the last 5 years alone! Growth comes in many forms and Maureen's Opportunity Mapping framework is an excellent way to give clarity to what should stay and what should go. #farmher #agvocate #agriculture #agmorethanever #farmlife

Are you shedding what’s no longer working for you? I gave a talk last month on strategic planning for the agriculture industry and one part of that planning process is called Opportunity Mapping. You map out your areas to Grow, Innovate, Transform and Reduce. And at the end of my talk, people flocked to the front of the room with the same comment over and over again… They thanked me for permission to let go of what’s no longer serving them. For some business owners, that thing could be a service that doesn’t fit the future business goals. Or it could be a person who’s dragging the team down. Or maybe a new product line isn’t scaling as fast as they need it to. I gotta tell ya, I was shocked at the number of people who said “this process gave me permission to stop doing the thing I know I need to stop doing.” I’m certainly not over here telling anyone what to do (expect my 9 and 10 year olds). But that “permission” was what they needed to hear. In line with that, over the last year I’ve also noticed a huge shift in the way people work. Has anyone else noticed this? Now that we’re post-Covid and the dust has settled a bit, I see people prioritizing how they want to spend their time. Reduced work schedules, job changes, new businesses - I’m seeing it all and I LOVE IT. So again, I’m in no place to give anyone permission to make the changes they need to make, but maybe reading this post inspires you to reflect… What’s something in your life that you could shed and as a result, you would grow? I’m going to reflect on that question too :) Agency 29 #farmlife #agvocate #agriculture

Shoutout to our very own Michela Hanlon for this great feature on the Strategic Marketing Masters degree at Nazareth University! "The graduate program helped me grow both professionally and in my career," Michela said. "I benefited from networking with professors and students, as well as from the program’s key strengths: experiential learning through professors sharing real-world insights and facilitating in-class workshops, a collaborative environment where we rotated through team projects with classmates who had diverse personalities and thinking processes, and an inclusive, open atmosphere that encouraged idea-sharing." Thank you to the Nazareth University Alumni Relations team for the feature! We're so glad to have Michela on our team. https://lnkd.in/eExGCR4k
