We are hiring a Site Coordinator. This position is for a congregate dining site located at our?PACE facility. Work involves all activities related to nutrition site service to achieve program goals, according to contract requirements and standards. Meal preparation and serving according to menu and safe food handling requirements. Maintain compliance with local, state and federal sanitation standards, including Department of Health and AIHS policies. This is a part-time position working Monday-Friday from approximately 9:00am - 1:00pm. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three or more-month experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service training in foodservice or related industry is a plus. Summary/Objective Performs all activities related to contracted services per contracted intervention protocol to achieve program goal utilizing tele-health platform/software and proprietary data management system. Intervention may include meeting with clients at residence, location of client choice, or in hospital/ facilities. Flexible work hours required due to calling across several time zones. Required Education and Experience Associate's degree in social work, or related field and two years of experience and/or additional education in social work or related field. High school diploma, or general education degree (GED); and four years of related experience and/or training in healthcare and/or customer service position utilizing advanced technology tools including customized software systems. Preferred Education and Experience Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in a customer service position preferably in healthcare setting. Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
