It can feel challenging to celebrate small wins at times, but that feels a part of a hustle culture perpetuated by ethos not aligned with my own. So lets do it, shall we? (I welcome you to join me!) Aginci has hit 46 vendors registered and approved to our marketplace, with many more identified and outreached to! ?? Honestly, my soul-filling work this past year has been finding brands founded by diverse and/or underrepresented founders, with a purpose of creating impact, thriving. I've seen rainbow websites, beautiful graphics, afro-inspired fonts, and more. Getting to know these brands through their digital homes, and knowing how much they continue to overcome, makes me so excited about the opportunity to feature them for y'all to buy from them to support your team cultures. According to the World Health Organization, burnout is defined as: a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. It is characterized by three dimensions: 1. feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion; 2. increased mental distance from one’s job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one's job; and 3. reduced professional efficacy.
