Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to present at World Vision Australia, sharing ideas on 'how to tap into the collective intelligence within the organisation'. It felt incredible to be in a room filled with such diversity of thought, with so many passionate and dedicated people working toward WVA's inspiring mission. World Vision Australia’s work is nothing short of transformative—from helping vulnerable children to empowering young girls through initiatives like the 1000 Girls program, to rallying communities with the 40 Hour Famine.
