Agile Strategies was founded by Daniel Montgomery in order to create a better way for people to collaboratively set goals and stay focused on achieving them. The last generation of strategic planning and performance practices are too rigid for today's world. Our practices are designed for organizations that have to deliver and demonstrate impact in a fast changing environment. Our playbook brings together practices from Agile software development, organization development, strategic foresight, design thinking, and Objectives and Key Results. We specialize in service industries, including climate and energy related, with additional background in healthcare, hospitality, construction, and non-profits. We provide training, coaching and facilitation to help clients: develop clear, actionable strategies; engage customers and employees in strategy and innovation; improve team and individual goal setting and performance management; prioritize and manage strategic initiatives; and pivot quickly and powerfully when needed.
