??? Celebrating International Education Week: Empowering Students Through Research, Creativity, and Global Access! ??? This week, we wrapped up a fantastic International Education Week that highlighted the power of education to connect, inspire, and empower. Among the many events, we’re especially proud to have hosted a transformative workshop on PhotoVoice, a qualitative research method that uses photography to give voice to personal and community stories. Students also explored the FLAME photography technique with the phenomenal Professor Bobby Gutierrez, unlocking their creative potential while learning innovative ways to tell impactful narratives. In partnership with the Passport Initiative Program, we took it a step further by connecting the dots between local learning and global opportunities. Students engaged in hands-on activities that not only equipped them with valuable research and storytelling skills but also opened pathways for international travel and exploration. This collaboration reminded us of the critical role international education plays in expanding horizons, fostering empathy, and shaping future leaders. This year, our scholars not only excelled in their academic and personal growth, but also successfully completed the Truist Emerging Leaders Certification graciously provided by the Truist Leadership Institute!
