AGG is a husband-wife team operating out of West Seattle with over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing recruiting & marketing and offering job seekers professional services such as resume building and interview coaching. AGG offers services to Manufacturers often not handled in-house such as contingency-based Recruiting, HR consulting, Marketing Support and Event Management. Co-Founder, Adam Grim, has built his career in HR and Recruiting with personal passion for the intricacies of manufacturing jobs. His familiarity with manufacturing and his technical expertise allow him to understand the extent of a job position in a plant and properly screen for appropriate training and skills. Co-Founder, Sara Grim, has over 10 years of experience within Seattle Manufacturing and understands the unique marketing challenges of the local community, the intricacies of dealer/distributor relationships and the need for part time marketing support, especially focused on digital marketing. She also has a passion for event planning and trade show management. Combined, Adam & Sara operate as an extension of your business to offer a full range of Recruiting, Marketing, Event Management and HR services. We also provide public speaking and employee, teambuilding and management coaching services. Beyond the Manufacturer, AGG touches many job seekers both in and out of Manufacturing. We offer our combined experience to assist job seekers with Resume Building, Digital Profile Tutoring, Public Speaking and offering community classes focusing on how to stand out in today’s tough job seeker market.
