This strategic move will streamline transaction monitoring and enhance security measures, paving the way to reduce the shadow economy ?? and increase trust in the financial system. ?? ? Key Highlights: Risk-Based Transactions: Banks will tailor transaction limits based on the client's risk profile and documented income, ensuring fairness and security in financial dealings. No limits for clients with verified sources of income, like salary recipients and volunteers complying with NBU Board Resolution No. 18 dated 02/24/2022. Structured Limits: For those without documented income, banks will implement phased limits on IBAN transfers: High-Risk Clients: Up to UAH 50,000/month starting from 02/01/2025. Medium & Low-Risk Clients: Up to UAH 150,000/month from 02/01/2025, adjusting to UAH 100,000/month from 06/01/2025. This pivotal regulation outlines the "Procedure for Issuance, Circulation, and Redemption of Tax Bills Issued for Receipt from the Excise Warehouse of Undenatured Ethyl Alcohol, Intended for Processing into Alcoholic Beverages," excluding wine materials and vermouths. ?? Key Points of Resolution No. 475: Definition clarity: Clear definitions for "promissory note issuer" and "promissory note holder" have been introduced. Issuance process: A streamlined process for issuing a tax bill for operations involving the acquisition of undenatured ethyl alcohol or importation of alcoholic beverages. Term specification: Specifies the tenure for tax bill issuance, enforcing structured compliance. Significant Legal Update from Ukraine's Judiciary The Supreme Court of Ukraine has delivered a pivotal ruling concerning the limitations on access to the Unified State Register of Court Decisions (USRCD). The Court has strictly interpreted the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Court Decisions", firmly stating that any restrictions must conform to legal provisions and be justified by court decisions. ?? Background: A controversial measure was introduced by the High Council of Justice in July 2023, which sought to delay public access to certain court decisions. This measure aimed to protect sensitive pre-trial investigation details but faced legal challenges and was eventually brought before the Supreme Court. ? Court's Findings: After thorough examination, the Supreme Court ruled that while public access to judicial decisions could be restricted in certain instances, such measures must be in line with the constitutionally established legal framework. To qualify, projects should meet specific criteria: 1. Investment Size : The project should involve investments of at least 12 million euros. 2.
