AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois is holding two public hearings to review the FY26 Area Plan. The hearings will provide information on AgeGuide's proposed plans, budget, funding formula, and priorities for community-based services for older adults and caregivers. AgeGuide is currently soliciting letters of interest for Title IIIC and IIIE services, as well as Title IIIB ADRN services in Lake County, from non-profit and local government organizations qualified to receive Federal/State of Illinois financial assistance grants. These funds provide services for older adults (age 60+) as authorized under the Older Americans Act in our 8-county region. An informational session will be held for interested organizations on March 11th and letters of intent are due by March 24th.
