Paul Farmer, Age UK's Chief Executive We are delighted to announce that the Rothesay Foundation are donating ￡2.47 million to help support our benefits service for older people in need this winter With the additional funding from the Rothesay Foundation, 11 local Age UKs will provide dedicated staff to help older people complete the benefits application forms. Age UK will also bolster its UK-wide Advice Line, providing telephone support for those who need assistance. The goal is to reach over 11,000 older people. The funding will also allow Age UK to follow up with callers to track their progress and ensure they receive the support they need throughout the process. Rothesay
