Congratulations to Nor-Cal Pipeline Services, a subsidiary of Legacy Utility Group, on becoming partially employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and thank you for being a valued AGC of California Legacy Sponsor and actively participating in AGC events!
Big News: Nor-Cal Pipeline Services is Now Employee-Owned! We are thrilled to announce that Nor-Cal Pipeline Services, a subsidiary of Legacy Utility Group, is now partially employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)! ?? This transition marks an exciting new chapter for our company, ensuring that the team who built this business now has a stake in its future. Employee ownership is a powerful way to reward our dedicated workforce, preserve our values, and sustain long-term growth for our employees, customers, and community. “The team that built this company now owns it,” said Dave Jaeger, CEO of Legacy Utility Group. “An ESOP was the best way to preserve our values, reward our employees, and ensure that Nor-Cal Pipeline Services thrives for years to come.” By becoming an employee-owned company, we strengthen our commitment to: ? Delivering top-tier pipeline inspection, rehabilitation, and maintenance services ? Creating long-term financial security and opportunities for our employees ? Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation ? Supporting the communities we serve This milestone was made possible with the guidance of The Menke Group, a leader in ESOP advisory services. Rather than selling to a competitor or private equity firm, this transition keeps our company locally owned and operated, ensuring stability and continued excellence for our customers and partners. We are excited for this next phase of our journey and look forward to building an even stronger future—together. ?? #EmployeeOwned #ESOP #NorCalPipeline #LegacyUtilityGroup #OwnershipMatters #Infrastructure #Growth Nor-Cal Pipeline Services Legacy Utility Group JVAC
