Meet partner/editor, Jonathan! Jonathan was born and raised in Northern Virginia just outside of Washington DC, and started his career in the New York City advertising world, where he worked in media planning & brand strategy for brands such as Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish, Oreo, Little Caesars, and The Home Depot. Itching to be more involved in the creative process, Jonathan landed himself at a NYC startup leading all creative content. This fueled his passion for entrepreneurship, paving the way for him to create After Avenue, where he combined his love for editing with his advertising experience. Outside the office you might catch Jonathan hanging with his family, watching his hometown Commanders, editing personal projects, or eating breakfast for dinner.

Meet our Partner and Editor, Amy! Amy was born and raised just south of Atlanta, and went on to graduate from Savannah’s School of Art and Design (SCAD) with a photography degree. She then packed her bags for New York City where she dove head first into the emerging video world. More than a decade later, her career has spanned across all aspects of post-production. Her attention to detail and passion for client relationships has fostered loyal partners, and her ability to puzzle out timelines is a true art form. You can usually find Amy finding creative solutions for clients, or practicing her first love deep in the trenches of editing. You can check out some of Amy’s recent work in After Avenue’s project for Visit Seattle, ‘Ghost Boys’, and her edit for the short film ‘The Valley Below’ will be screening at MOMA this December. When she’s not on work duty, she’s on mom duty with her 11 month old son Emerson. She also likes to hang with her dog, cook yummy food, and occasionally dabble with a paintbrush.
