When workers stand together, they get results! First time in recent history that workers of all four Philadelphia municipal unions will receive the same pay increase! Two weeks ago, the City of Philadelphia denied our grievance demanding pay equity in our 2024 collective bargaining agreement (CBA) 1-year extension. It requested raises increase to 5% for all DC47 city workers. Today we are pleased to announce victory! The City has agreed to increase our across-the-board raises from 4.4% to 5%. The Mayor @phillymayor stepped in and we negotiated an end to this pay dispute together.
