Inclusion is not just a moral thing to do; it is a hardcore business asset. Yesterday, we kicked off our Inclusion & Diversity Week with an inspiring session on leadership with Caroline Farberger, board executive, our CEO Linda P?lsson??, and moderator Pegah Zarassi. Caroline shared her unique experience of leading both as a man and a woman, emphasising the importance of authenticity, curiosity, and active inclusion. “Inclusion is not just a moral or right thing to do, or a sustainability tick in the box; it is a hardcore business asset necessary to reach the next level of competitive performance. But it’s what you do that matters; unless you’re actively including, you are unconsciously excluding,” said Caroline. Linda highlighted how diversity acts as an enabler, encouraging new ways of thinking and the importance of including varied perspectives to be able to come up with the best solutions for our clients: “It’s truly important that we discuss culture.
