Established in 2010, the African Diaspora Network (ADN) is a Silicon Valley-based nonprofit committed to fostering social impact through entrepreneurship and economic development in Africa and diaspora communities. We convene Africans from the continent, the diaspora, and allies of Africa to create an ecosystem that nurtures their entrepreneurial spirit and mobilizes intellectual and financial resources toward a prosperous future for Africa and diaspora communities. We are proud to have been a part of the first-ever YALI Alumni Expo and Trade Show (YALI Expo) Alumni Expo & Trade Show last week in Cape Town, South Africa, an extraordinary gathering of over 500 young African leaders committed to driving transformative change across the continent. Through our role in the USAID-funded YALI Legacy Localization Project, ADN supported and participated in this milestone event. Key highlights included: ?? The vibrant YALI Pavilion at the Africa Tech Festival, where alumni showcased their innovative tech ventures ?? Insightful panels spotlighting innovative solutions to pressing challenges ?? An inspiring pitch competition that brought entrepreneurial brilliance to the forefront This event underscored the transformative impact of collaboration between entrepreneurs, private sector, civil society, and government to create lasting development opportunities. ADN remains dedicated to amplifying the voices of YALI Alumni and strengthening connections with the African diaspora to inspire transformative partnerships and impactful investments on the continent. A thank you to USAID Bureau for Africa, Arizona State University, YALI alumni, and all partners who made this event a resounding success. #YALI #AfricanDiaspora #YouthLeadership
