Congratulations Joshua Mark (L) for being the newest member of the Air Force Senior Level Career Service. John Sneden, Program Executive Officer for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Propulsion Directorate, presided over the ceremony at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Sept. 11. 2024. Mark serves as the Propulsion Directorate’s technical advisor and is recognized as the technical authority for propulsion. Mark leads the effort to review and evaluate Air Force and joint service projects targeted to develop, promote, and apply advanced materials, life span prediction, and systems integrity design methods to propulsion systems. Mark also serves as a Lt.
