America spends $1 on apprenticeship and non-degree pathways for every $1,000 spent on higher education. The majority of Americans, regardless of political affiliation, support apprenticeship programs. The rate of return on apprenticeship is $1.47 for every $1 invested. The case is clear: Apprenticeship works. Let’s build the network and deploy the model to address more workforce issues. Great conference, Apprenticeship for America! How exciting to present with AFL-CIO Working for America Institute, Michigan AFL-CIO Workforce Development Institute, and the Machinist Institute
